If your gear arrives and it is not the right fit, is damaged, or doesn’t meet your expectations - NO PROBLEM.
You can return or exchange any item in new, unused conditions within 30 days of receiving your order. Each unused item returned must include all original tags and ALL the original packaging. Failure to return an item in new, mint condition with all its original packaging means it will not be accepted, it won’t be exchanged, and the cost of that item will not be refunded.
If your item is defective, or you have a warranty claim for an item you purchased from Gear Authority please refer to our Defective and Warranty Claim section/page/FAQ.
We can issue your refund as a store credit, or we can credit the full purchase amount to your original payment method. All Shipping fees and any customs fees, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Please Note: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning your order.
RETURN REQUEST PROCESS:
1.) To return one or more items of your order, login to your account.
2.) Under the My Account tab/page navigate to your Completed Orders.
3.) Click on the Return Item(s) button.
4.) On the Return Item(s) screen select the products you want to return
5.) Using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason.
6.) Please include a brief comment describing why you are returning the item. This helps us to make sure all our Gear meets our quality test, and we use it to provide feedback to the manufacturer.
7.) Click on Submit Return Request.
8.) Please allow 1-2 business days for Gear Authority to authorize the return.
9.) You will receive an email that includes the return address along with your Return Authorization Number (RA#).
10.) Please ship the returned item(s) to the address provided. Please DO NOT SHIP the return until you have received an RA# and return address.
Please save your return shipment’s tracking information. GearAuthority.com is not responsible for packages lost during shipment. After we receive the item, you will receive a confirmation email from Gear Authority and a second email containing your return credit information.
